We’re growing rapidly month-over-month and looking for a driven Customer Success Manager with a strong grasp of the life sciences industry to join us in Berlin.

Your profile

What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

Be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform.
Guide clients through onboarding and ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, RWE, and patient engagement functions.
Proactively identify and address client needs, resolving any challenges to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the product, data and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver reports, insights and success metrics tailored to client objectives.

What we're looking for

5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of the life sciences industry and the challenges they face.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
Start-up grit required: we're often building the plane while flying it—processes aren't perfect and challenges will pop up daily. If you're the type who thrives on figuring things out, hustling hard and turning chaos into opportunity, you'll fit right in.
