  • Assist with finance and accounting-related tasks.
  • Help prepare analyses, presentations, and research for strategic projects.
  • Support company-wide planning, goal tracking, and OKRs.
  • Improve internal processes and help keep the business running efficiently.
  • Take ownership of your own projects and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Business & Economics, or a related degree.
  • Available to work around 20 hours per week onsite in Berlin.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities change quickly.
  • Fluent in either German or English (both are absolutely fine).
Bonus points:
  • Previous experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role.
  • Interest in AI, healthcare, and technology.
  • Experience working with data or business analytics.

  • Real ownership and responsibility from day one.
  • Fast learning curve across a wide range of business topics.
  • Beautiful office in Berlin, regular team events and off-sites, and Wolt dinners when working late.
  • Urban Sport Membership
  • Macbook for work purpose provided
  • 100€ montly educational budget
