At mama health, we’re building one of the largest patient data platforms in healthcare — helping pharmaceutical companies better understand the real experiences of people living with chronic diseases, and turning those insights into better decisions, products, and patient outcomes.
As a Working Student in Customer Success, you’ll support the team managing some of our most important pharma client relationships. You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, data, and strategy — helping transform patient insights into clear, actionable materials for global life science companies.
You will:
- Support the preparation of client-facing materials including presentations, summaries, insight reports, and strategic decks based on patient journey data from our platform.
- Explore and analyze data within the platform to help identify key findings and prepare for client discussions.
- Assist with onboarding sessions, client meetings, follow-ups, and internal project coordination.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to keep projects and deliverables moving.
- Help ensure clients get real value from the platform and a strong overall experience with mama health.
- Join client calls and strategic discussions as you grow into the role.
