Your mission

As Head of Sales at mama health, you will own and build our US sales engine, operating across the US market while being based in New York. You will:
  • Own new business end-to-end: run enterprise sales cycles from first touch to close, setting the standard for how we sell into pharma.
  • Build and scale the US sales motion: define ICP, messaging, sales processes, and pipeline strategy tailored to pharma marketing and patient insights.
  • Act as a player-coach: close deals yourself while hiring, coaching, and enabling the next generation of Account Executives and BDRs.
  • Establish mama health in the US pharma ecosystem: build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry players.
  • Drive pipeline rigor and forecasting: implement structure, CRM discipline, and predictable revenue processes from day one.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing: bring market feedback into positioning, pricing, and product development.

Your profile

  • Enterprise SaaS sales leadership: 6–10+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, including closing complex enterprise deals and leading high-value sales cycles.
  • Pharma / healthcare expertise: strong experience selling into pharma, ideally in areas like marketing, patient insights, real-world data, or digital health.
  • New York-based (mandatory), with experience selling across the US market.
  • Builder mindset: you have experience setting up or scaling a sales function from early stage to growth (0→1 or 1→10).
  • Player-coach DNA: you are equally comfortable closing deals yourself and building a team around you.
  • Strategic + hands-on: you can define GTM strategy, but also execute outbound, run discovery, demo, negotiate, and close.
  • Strong executive presence: you are confident selling to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying centers.
  • Commercial sharpness: you know how to create urgency, build business cases, and drive deals to close.
