This role is on-site in Berlin.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at mama health, you will play a key role in building the top of our commercial funnel across Europe. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential pharma and healthcare partners, generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives, and helping establish mama health as the leading patient insights platform in healthcare.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is ambitious, highly driven, and excited to grow fast in a mission-driven AI healthcare startup.
You will:
- Own outbound prospecting across pharma and healthcare companies in Europe
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outreach strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong prospect relationships throughout the early sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and founders on messaging, targeting, and pipeline strategy
- Continuously test and improve outreach approaches, sequences, and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report on outreach performance and pipeline development
- Represent mama health with energy, professionalism, and curiosity in every interaction
